From Comfy-based pipelines that add elasticity to photo libraries with 1:1 product accuracy, to broader agentic orchestration models that coordinate decisions across teams, the focus is always operational reality.

 

This is hands-on leadership for moments when pressure is high and clarity is missing. Most teams are being asked to “use AI” while still hitting the same deadlines, quality standards, regional nuances, and budget constraints. Tools evolve weekly. Roles blur. Accountability shifts. Momentum slows.
